We manufacture O2 PSA Package systems that produce oxygen using ZMS adsorbent based on the differing adsorption rates of nitrogen and oxygen.

O2 PSA generator utilizes ZMS(Zeolite Molecular Sieve) to separate the oxygen gas from the air. The Principle is to make use of different adsorption forces of gases in air at pressure equalizing. The whole process of the O2 PSA generator consists of pressurization, production, purge, equilibrium of pressure, and desorption.

It uses zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS) to separate oxygen from air based on the difference in pressure-equilibrium adsorption capacity.

It continuously repeats five stages — pressurization → production → purge → equalization → desorption — during which the ZMS adsorbent adsorbs nitrogen, leaving only oxygen to be continuously produced as the product gas.

PSA generally pressurizes to 6–7 barg to produce oxygen and desorbs nitrogen by lowering the pressure to atmospheric level. VPSA, by contrast, pressurizes to 0.2–0.5 barg to produce oxygen and desorbs nitrogen under vacuum, at -0.5 to -0.7 barg.
