O2 Purifier Package of ASPE Inc. produces 95% pure oxygen first and secondly applies a purifier to produce 99% high purity oxygen.
It is a device that further purifies oxygen initially produced at 95% purity through a Purifier, creating oxygen with a purity of 99% or higher.
To meet high-purity requirements that 95% oxygen produced by PSA·VPSA cannot directly satisfy, the Purifier performs an additional purification stage.
